Dyeing Machine

The dyeing machine is applicable for wool, Terylene, nylon, rayon and most of the hosiery.

The crock's body wall that the dyeing liquid contacts with is made of high grade and high-level anti-canker stainless steel board from Japan. It can make sure that the hosiery wont be polluted, last for longer.

Both of the crock's wall and oarage are been polishing, so the fabric will be protected when the machine is running.

In term of the demond and carrying capacity are differently for different fabric, the machine can change its speed of oarage via the gear change mechanism. The whole operation process of dyeing can all be contro by the buttons electric box, easy to use. Such as the dyeing time are automatism connect and control by the timing button in the electric box and this dicatate can be adjust depends on different requirement.

Via apply the positive and negative automatism remove control, the oarage in the crock circumgyrate in reverse order, thus the liquid and fabric will fully intervolve with each other. Obviously, the effect of dyeing will be improved.

According to different dyeing process, the bottom of the crock has a direct or indirect smoke pipe in order to raise the temperature therefore protect the fabric.
